EVICTION SERVICES

Eviction service fee $125.00* Not including court fees

Writ of Possession  Fee $150.00
We go to Court for you  Fee $1000.00
Eviction Put Out $300.00 and  $150.00 for each two man crew and $150.00hr for additional hours per 2man crew
Changing Locks $75.00 per lock set (Deadbolt & knob)

Heat and Air condition repair or replace

Appliances Repair and or replace: Washer, Dryers, Range, Ovens, Refrigerators

Plumbing Drain cleaning, replace or repair sinks, toliets, tubs, showers and bath fixtures, replacing copper pipes, repair or replace hot water heaters.

Handyman repair holes in walls, replacing ceiling fans, electrical outlets, whole house painting inside or outside
